South and west of town the acreage decks tend to be bigger and more exposed, with stairs down to grade. Stairs are the most labour-dense part of any deck, so that is where the number moves; we walk it with you so you can see why.

Is my thirty-year-old frame worth keeping?
Often yes. Older decks around Okotoks were built heavy. We inspect and tell you honestly, and if it is done, we say that too.
Do you do acreages?
Yes. Access and material handling can add a little; it is quoted openly before you sign.
Can you vinyl the stairs too?
Yes, treads and risers get the same welded membrane. It is the safest part of the deck when it is wet.
