A Canmore deck spends a third of the year under snow, so the surface has to be sealed everywhere, not just across the middle but where it meets the wall and the door.
A welded 68 mil sheet with the edges carried up behind the siding is what survives that winter after winter. We also spend more time on the fall here than anywhere else, so the meltwater has somewhere to go.
Many Canmore properties are multi-level with balconies over living space, and a good number are managed or rented. We can schedule around bookings and document the work for a property manager or strata.
Canmore is a longer drive, so we batch work there and quote travel openly. If we cannot service the warranty properly, we will tell you before you commit.

Is there a travel charge to Canmore?
Yes, and it is stated on the estimate up front. We batch Bow Valley work to keep it as low as possible.
Can vinyl handle the snow load?
Yes. It is the same class of membrane used on flat roofs. Slope and drainage are what we spend extra time on here.
Can you work with our property manager?
Yes. Scheduling around bookings and written documentation of the work are both standard for us.
When can you install in the valley?
We need a dry deck above 0°C. The valley gives us fewer of those days than Calgary does, so mountain jobs get scheduled around the weather, but we quote year-round and we do not make you wait for spring on principle.
