Yes, as a rebuild. We take the old surface off, rebuild the fall, and weld a new membrane over it.
Can you work around a glass railing?
We build the deck; railing is not something we take on. Tell us at the estimate if you are adding it and we will work to the railing you choose.
Will the deck handle snow sitting on it all winter?
That is what a 68 mil welded membrane is for. What matters as much is slope, and we build it in so meltwater leaves instead of pooling.
Do you charge extra for Chestermere?
